- Utilize provided leads to initiate contact with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and text messages.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and preferences.
- Present and explain insurance options in a clear and compelling manner, demonstrating an understanding of coverage details and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver accurate insurance quotes tailored to individual client needs.
- Follow up with leads persistently to nurture relationships and overcome objections, with the goal of closing sales.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to optimize sales processes and achieve collective goals.
- Proven track record of success in insurance sales, preferably within a State Farm agency or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Strong sales acumen, with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in quoting and documentation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools preferred.
- Active insurance license in [State], or willingness to obtain one upon hiring.
